You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

If you are not satisfied with your course purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your enrollment date, provided that:

  • You have not completed more than 25% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded or accessed a significant portion of downloadable materials
  • You submit your refund request through our official contact channels
  • The request is made within the 30-day period from the date of purchase

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing course materials and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the 30-day period.

Course Not as Described

If the course content significantly differs from what was described at the time of purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of enrollment, regardless of course completion percentage.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made after 30 days from the purchase date
  • Courses where more than 25% of content has been accessed or completed
  • Bundled course packages where one or more courses have been substantially completed
  • Free consultations or promotional offers

Refund Processing

Course Transfers

Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a different course of equal or lesser value within 14 days of your original purchase. Course transfers are subject to availability and may only be used once per purchase. The difference in price will not be refunded if transferring to a lower-priced course.

Partial Refunds
